Aggressive styling for your aggressive off-road adventures. The Xterra is styled with extra-wide fender flares, stamped out of high-carbon steel, not glued on as a separate piece. These fender flares help protect the exterior finish and accentuate the aggressive off-road styling.
The Bumps
A bump for your every grinding turn. That's what makes Xterra so distinct. In the back is Xterra's trade mark bump, and the perfect nest for the available first-aid kit. Then there's a bump up top to provide more head-room for the rear seats. Add on the fender flares and these are the bumps that define the Nissan Xterra. Because in Xterra's mind, the world is anything but flat.
The Wheels
Everyone appreciates a nice set of wheels. Like the 15" steel wheels on Xterra's XE models, or the upgraded 16" aluminum-alloy wheels for XE models. Then, you've got the grand-daddy 17" aluminum-alloy in sporty Charcoal-color for SE models.

Roof Rack
In one word, roof racks scream 'utility'. In two words, they scream 'cool-looking utility'. Xterra's roof rack is made of tough aluminum and it is key for holding your gear that won't fit inside. All you need are some tie-down straps to hold everything down and you're off.

Step Rails
After a day hiking 5,800 vertical feet, the small climb into your Xterra can seem like a mountain in itself. That's why you need the tubular step ra ils. They not only look cool, but they are necessary for your leg-weary travelers.
Step rails are standard on SE models; part of Utility Package on XE [4-cyl.] and XE [V6].
